Words from the team members Reynold and Kathy Mainse

Kathy is the oldest of 4 children and was raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin where her father and mother have pastored for over 20 years.

She attended college in Springfield, Missouri where she met Reynold Mainse.

Reynold and Kathy were married in 1985 and now have three children (Rachelle ‘88, Elizabeth ‘90, and David-Peter ’94).

Presently, Reynold and Kathy host "100 Huntley Street Weekend" which is comprised of three different shows per weekend. It is seen across Canada on Fridays, and also seen in the CTS coverage area on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. This has given Reynold and Kathy many opportunities to interview some of Gospel music’s most noted recording artists, as well as Christian leaders, and people with dynamic stories. Such as, Twila Paris, Steven Curtis Chapman, CeCe Winans, Dave and Claudia Arp, and Bruce Marchiano, John and Lisa Bevere, to name a few. Kathy says her highlight in ministry is to speak and sing at women’s seminars. Kathy has ministered to many women’s groups both in song and word with a focus on becoming women of freedom. Reynold’s desire is that the real day-to-day life with Jesus will be presented in and attractive relevant manner through 100 Huntley Street.

Reynold was born in Pembroke Ontario and is the eldest son of David and Norma-Jean Mainse. He along with his two older sisters and younger brother have lived in several towns and cities throughout Ontario.

Some highlights in Reynold’s past ministry have been working at the Circle Square Ranch in the late 80’s, being youth evangelist for David Mainse crusades, youth pastoring together with Kathy, working at the Pavilion of Promise at two World Expositions, singing in two 100 Huntley Street singing groups, and hosting 100 Huntley Street. In the late 80’s and early 90’s Reynold and Kathy pastored a church in Thorold Ontario. They continued ministering in pulpits in the mid 90’s as they traveled from coast to coast on a 130-city ministry concert tour. Always enjoying adventure, Reynold has led two young adult tours to the Holy Land.

Reynold is President of World Class Communications Inc. It began in September of ‘98. Reynold saw a wonderful opportunity to expand what he and his wife Kathy had been doing for over two years. Back in January 1996 Reynold and Kathy began Canada’s first and only national contemporary Christian music video show called After Dark. Reynold says, "When presenting the message of Christ we wanted to be more precise, more focused on age groups and styles. Therefore, we stopped production of "After Dark" and created 2 new shows called one for teens called East2West ,(link to site from here) and the CCM Video Countdown (link to site from here)for the teens and young adults. The mandate of World Class Communications is to creatively through the medium of television present Jesus in a relevant manner to teens and young adults.

World Class Communications also has a missions branch called the World Class Affiliates. Western Style music is very popular with young people all over the Glob. Therefore, Reynold and his team desire to provide Christian television producers from around the world with music video show content. This service is provided so that producers can quickly, easily and inexpensively piece together top quality TV shows that are culturally sensitive and relevant to their own audience. W.C.C. looks at this endeavor as an opportunity to share experience and resources so that the loving - saving message of Jesus Christ will be able to reach further around the world.
